Homemade Christmas

This may be my favorite picture. Jeff made Brittany a set of blocks for her hope chest.......for her first baby:(........

I made Chris a scrapbook.

Brittany made Katie a scrapbook to comfort her while she is away at college. Brittany is gone for two weeks to Jamaica and Katie got it out last night and was crying. She misses Brittany a lot. They are very tight. It is going to be rough when Brit leaves.

More Homemade Christmas

I made this for Katie. When she got it she said, " I love black and white old time looking pictures from the 70's!" Thanks Katie.

I made like 5 scarves. I got most of my ideas from Gillian's blog.

This was one of my favorite things to make. It has Jeff's Priesthood Line of Authority on it.

Jeff made me these shelves to organize my ribbons!! He is so awesome!!!!

Chris made these little pull toys for Sophia. They are so cute. I want to just put them up and save them forever!

More Homemade Christmas

Jeff made Sophie her own blocks. He made Logan some on our last homemade Christmas. They play with them for hours. It is so nice!

Jeff made Logan a tie rack. He made the older boys tie racks last homemade Christmas. Logan got a new tie to go on it . Logan is so proud of his new big boy tie rack!

Jeff made this doll house for Katie.

Jeff made the boys a shoe shining kit/stand for their church shoes. They are filled with everything they need to shine any color of shoes. The LOVE them!

More Homemade Christmas

I made the girls this to keep their hair things together.

I made Brittany a Food Sorage Made Easy Binder for her hope chest.

Sophie got a book of herself. Just what Sophie needs:)

Logan painted Jameson a painting of a farm. This is Logan's first acrylic painting:)

Katie painted Tyler a picture. Tyler loves artwork.

Even More Homemade Christmas

Everyone put so much thought and effort into their gifts. It was so sweet. We love doing homemade Christmas but it is so much work!

I made Logan a snuggie.

Jameson made Logan a blanket. Logan loves "Tractor Dean".
I made Tyler a cookebook for his mission.
It has all of his favorite meals in it.
Now I have 4 years to teach him to cook them;)
Tyler made Brittany a blanket. She loves it!
Sophia made Chris a cup with pictures of her on it:)

Duty to God

In Jameson's Duty to God it said he should do two service projects. For the first one he chose to grow potatoes for our family. He went to Pyrah's farm and worked to earn the seed potatoes. He planted them and took care of them all summer. It was so fun when we dug them up for FHE. There were so many! They were the best tasting potatoes we had ever eaten!! We just ate the last of them this week.
